Please join us and our two families as we celebrate our marriage with a festive evening at one of our favorite spots in Brooklyn. Expect toasts, great company, a crowded dance floor, and the famous Bee Stings. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone we love.

Places to stay

We recommend staying in Greenpoint or Williamsburg for proximity to restaurants and the waterfront. Plus, you can get to Roberta's on the L train (~20 minutes), in a brief uber (~10 minutes) or on a bike (~10 minutes). Rebecca recommends biking!

What to do in Brooklyn

Explore the city! The best way to see the city is by bike. Weather permitting, take a ride down to Brooklyn Bridge Park or Red Hook to catch a glimpse of Lady Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. If you're in Greenpoint, grab a coffee at Paloma (1st date spot!) or a beer at Minnows (2nd date spot!) or stroll through McGolrick Park.

Saturday run of show

We will have a small ceremony on Friday night at Gideon's childhood home in Brooklyn. On Saturday, the festivities will begin with a formal Welcome (joyful), followed by our first dance (interpretive), and speeches from the families (comedic yet poignant) throughout the evening.

The event will be semi outdoors and covered by a tent. Pizza and salad will be served buffet style.
